Las Venturas Police Departament - Regulament intern 

Las Venturas Police Department este un departament cu pozitionarea HQ-ului in orasul Las Venturas. Aceasta se ocupa cu suspectii care au wanted si cu cei care incalca reguliile de circulatie.

• Reguli interne generale

• 1. Sunteti obligati sa respectati Regulamentul Serverului, Regulamentul Departamentelor cat si celelalte reguli impuse de lider respectiv co-lider.
  2. Puteţi reclama un coleg de facţiune / dintr-o facţiune de tip departament pe panel dacă sesizaţi că respectivul coleg încalcă regulamentul (foloseşte un limbaj vulgar pe chat-ul facţiunii / chat-ul comun, face spam, foloseşte caps lock, face deathmatch, fraudează raportul sau alte abateri ce ţin de activitatea facţiunii şi se regăsesc în acest regulament).
  3. In lipsa liderului sunteti obligati sa ascultati de co-liderul factiunii. Daca nici co-liderul nu este online, sunteti obligati sa ascultati de membrii cu rank-ul cel mai mare.
  4. Sunteti obligati sa ascultati intotdeauna de cei cu rank superior. Cei care incalca aceasta regula vor fi sanctionati dupa caz ajungand chiar si la demitere.
  5. Pentru nelamuriri / probleme sau propuneri sunteti obligati sa anuntati liderul sau co-liderul factiunii.
  6. Este strict interzis sa cereti rank, abaterea de la aceasta regula poate duce chiar la retrogradare sau faction warn in functie de caz.
  7. Este strict interzisa folosirea comenzilor in scopuri personale sau pentru distractie. Abaterea de la aceasta regula se pedepseste ca atare in functie de gravitate. Sanctiunile sunt foarte dure si se poate primi uninvite cu 40 FPunish.
  8. In functie de gravitatea faptei, liderul sau subliderul isi rezerva dreptul de a sanctiona un membru cu rank down, avertisment verbal, faction warn(s), demitere (cu sau fara FP - in cazuri grave se va aplica full FP chiar daca membrul are cel putin 14 zile in factiune) pentru incalcarea regulilor scrise si nescrise.
  9. O dovada este valabila 24h (o zi). O reclamatie nu este valabila daca dovada este mai veche de 24h (o zi).
  10. Persoanele inactive de 3 zile (72h) care nu si-au facut cerere de inactivitate sau nu au anuntat liderul vor fi demise cu / fara FPunish daca / nu au zilele necesare!
  11. Este interzis sa permiteti unei alte persoane in afara de dumneavoastra sa se logheze pe cont. De asemenea, nu aveti voie sa puneti pe altcineva sa va faca raportul. Pedeapsa pentru aceste fapte este demiterea.

• 12. Unui membru îi este permis să fie Duty-ON doar când se află în interesele facțiunii (raport de activitate, evenimente organizate de lider/admini), în alte situații fiidu-le interzis să stea duty-on (afaceri, job-uri, plimbări etc.), nerespectarea acestei reguli ducând la sancționarea cu faction warn.

• 13. Un membru care face DM cand este duty off, nu o sa fie sanctionat la factiune, ci de admin intr-o reclamatie pe motiv Deathmatch.

• 14.Un membru care face DM cand este Duty on, o sa fie sanctionat cu Faction Warn, la factiune, dar nu poate fi sanctionat de admin intr-o reclamatie pe motiv Deathmatch. Singurul caz in care un membru duty on poate sa fie sanctionat pentru Deathmatch de un admin este atunci cand adminul este spec pe jucator.

• Reguli referitoare la comportament si limbaj

• 1. Respecta colegii din departamente si restul jucatorilor de pe server.
  2. Nu va certati pe [/d] sau [/r]. Acest lucru va avea repercusiuni grave.
  3. Acest departament este unul cat se poate de serios, nu toleram membrii cu glume proaste, comportament neadecvat sau limbaj indecent.
  4. Nu aveti voie sa favorizati / faceti discriminari intre jucatori, indiferent ca va este prieten sau dusman.
  5. Nu aveti voie sa abuzati de comenzi sau sa faceti Deathmatch aiurea. Abaterea de la aceasta regula duce la demitere cu 40 FPunish.
  6. Se vor acorda sanctiuni grave pentru generalizari negative la adresa altui departament. Departamentele trebuie sa fie unite. Cei care cauta cearta nu merita sa ramana in acestea.
  7. Este strict interzis free-chat / spam-ul pe chat-ul [/d] abaterea de la aceasta regula duce de la amenda pana la demitere in functie de gravitate.
  8. Chat-ul [/d] este utilizat pentru a cere informatii/ajutor, pentru a raporta incidente/evenimente sau pentru a anunta atunci cand aveti un suspect la dumneavoastra.

• 9.Un membru duty on/off poate primi sanctiune pentru limbaj la factiune, cat si de la admin pentru aceeasi dovada.

   

• Reguli referitoare la sedinte si antrenamente

• 1. Cine intarzie la sedinta / antrenament  va veni in HQ, fara a face galagie pe chat sau pe [/r].
  2. In timpul sedintelor sau antrenamentelor sunteti obligati sa opriti telefoanele si sa ascultati de Lider sau Sublider pana cand acesta va da voie sa vorbiti.
  3. Daca intarziati la antrenament / sedinta, puteti veni in primele 5 minute, fiind sanctionati cu o amenda, iar daca intarziati mai mult de 5 minute, veti fi considerati absenti si veti fi sancționati cu faction warn.
  4. Cine vorbește neintrebat la sedinte sau antrenament va fi sanctionat cu Amenda. 
  5. Sedintele se vor desfasura odata la 3 saptamani. Ora si data in care se va efectua sedinta se va anunta printr-un [/gmotd] pe server si pe forum de catre liderul sau co-liderul factiunii.
  6. Aveti voie sa faceti o singura invoire de la antrenament si o singura invoire de la sedinta odata la trei luni indifierent de rank si zile. Cine incalca aceasta regula primeste sanctiunea corespunzatoare.
  7. Membrii de rank 1-5 care nu sunt prezenți la ședință vor fi sancționați cu Faction Warn, membrii de rank 6 și adminii ce fac parte din facțiune nefiind obligați să participe la sedință.

  (!) NOTA: Cei ce au cereri de inactivitate, nu sunt scutiti de efectuarea raportului de activitate. Daca sedinta pica in perioada cand ei au inactivitate, acestia sunt scutiti de sedinta. (!)

   

• Reguli referitoare la eventuri

• 1. Un politist poate participa la orice tip de eveniment atata timp cat are Duty OFF. Orice politist care participa la eveniment cu Duty ON va fii sanctionat cu faction warn.

  2. Membrii departamentelor pot participa la "Clan Wars" atata timp cat au Duty OFF.

   

• Reguli referitoare la job-uri

• 1. Politistii pot detine doar job-uri legale. Toti politistii care detin job-uri ilegale vor fii sanctionati cu faction warn. Aceasta regula se aplica tuturor membrilor, indiferent de rank.

  2. Este interzis ca un politist sa detina materiale/droguri sau alte obiecte ilegale.

   

• Reguli referitoare la reclamatii

• 1. Cand raspundeti la o plangere pe panel-ul RPG, trebuie să aveti raspunsuri cat se poate de profesionale. Daca faceti spam sau luati la misto, jigniti, injurati jucatorul care v-a raportat, veți fi grav sanctionati.
  2. Odată făcută o reclamație unui jucător la facțiune, liderul trebuie să răspundă la ea în maxim 24 de ore iar reclamatul poate aduce (alte) dovezi în maxim 24 de ore. Daca nu va prezentati dovezile veti fi sanctionati.

   

• Reguli referitoare la rank-up

• 1. Puteti primi rank-up numai daca liderul considera ca sunteti pregatiti pentru acest lucru si ca aveti un comportament adecvat.
  2. Au fost adaugate rapoartele adaugate.
  3. Raportul este acum verificat automat de server la fiecare 7 zile de la intrarea in factiune.
  4. Daca un jucator are un raport incomplet, toate progresele vor fi adaugate automat saptamana urmatoare.
  5. Vei primi uninvite de la AdmBot daca ai 2 rapoarte incomplete la rand.
  6. Un faction warn expira automat dupa 7 zile de la primire, fara a efecta perioada de promovabilitate. 
  7. Rankup-ul este acum primit automat daca raportul stabilit pentru factiune este complet in ziua verificarii.
  8. Rapoartele actuale au fost modificate/marite.

   

• Reguli referitoare la raportul de activitate

• 1. Orice membru care are rank 1-5 este obligat sa faca raport-ul de activitate.
  2. Pe langa vechime aveti nevoie si de un anumit numar de puncte la raport-ul de activitate pentru a avansa in rank.
  3. Adminii nu sunt obligati sa faca raportul de activitate, acestia au raportul injumatatit deoarece au o activitate mult mai importanta.
  4. Helperii sunt nevoiti sa efectueze raportul de activitate.
  5. Neprezentarea raportului de activitate se sanctioneaza cu dublarea acestuia, indiferent de rank-ul avut. Cand veti acumula 2/2 rapoarte incomplete veti fi sanctionati cu uninvite.

• • Reguli referitoare la noua amenda adaugata [Pentru numere de inmatriculare]

  1. În cazul în care un jucător este surprins conducând un vehicul fără numere de înmatriculare sau numere de înmatriculare roşii ce au o vechime mai mare de o zi (de la două   zile inclusiv), jucătorul o să fie somat de către poliţist. În oricare din cazurile pe care le voi prezenta, trebuie să se acorde minim o somaţie pentru a se considera „urmărire” şi a putea acţiona cu wanted / amendă. În cazul în care un jucător refuză să deschidă maşina, în cazul în care se plimbă cu maşina altui jucător şi e încuiată şi nu o va deschide pentru verificare, poliţistul este liber să-i dea wanted 3 pentru „neconformare ordin” după cele trei somaţii acordate. În cazul în care jucătorul îi dă respawn maşinii lui (towcar) sau o bubuie, jucătorul va fi sancţionat cu wanted pentru neconformare ordin, fără a mai fi nevoie de cele trei somatii, dar în schimb este nevoie de minim o somaţie acordata.

  
  2. Un jucător va primi amendă pentru lipsa unor numere de înmatriculare sau pentru numere de înmatriculare roşii ce au o vechime de două zile sau mai mult. Poliţistul îl va soma pe jucător, iar dacă acesta din urmă se conformează, va trebui să urce în vehiculul jucătorului, să facă poze obligatoriu sau să filmeze, depinde de preferinţe, iar în dovadă să se înţeleagă clar că jucătorul nu are numerele de înmatriculare în regulă. În cazul în care jucătorul nu plăteşte amenda, acesta va primi wanted 2 pentru „Neplată amendă”, iar apoi vor fi acordate încă trei somaţii minime pentru ca jucătorul să se predea, iar dacă fuge cu vehiculul, va primi wanted 6 pentru „Runner” după cele trei somaţii acordate.

  3. Un poliţist este obligat să nu încalce regulile de circulaţie impuse, astfel, îi este permis să deţină NOS pe maşină, dar dacă va fi surprins folosindu-l poate fi sancţionat de un alt membru de departament, iar dacă nu cooperează va fi sancţionat de către lider. Acest lucru este valabil şi pentru situaţii precum nepurtare cască (exceptând când se foloseşte HPV), neaprinderea farurilor sau depăşirea vitezei (exceptând când se folosesc maşinile departamentelor)

  Sancţiuni pentru nerespectarea regulamentului
• În funcţie de gravitatea faptei, liderul sau co-liderul îşi rezervă dreptul de a sancţiona un membru cu amendă, mustrare verbală, avertisment verbal (AV), faction warn (FW), degradare în rank sau demitere (cu sau fără FactionPunish - în cazuri grave se va aplica FP chiar dacă membrul are cel puţin 2 săptămâni în facţiune) pentru încălcarea regulilor scrise şi nescrise. 
• Liderul poate mari sancţiunea pentru o greşeală în funcţie de antecedentele membrilor: dacă un membru a primit amendă pentru spam pe chat-ul facţiunii, în cazul în care repetă greşeală acesta poate fi sancţionat cu avertisment verbal şi ulterior cu faction warn. 
• Încălcări ale regulamentului sancţionate cu amendă
• 1. Spam pe chat-ul facţiunii (4-7 rânduri) - valoare amenda: $8.000.000
• 2. Caps lock pe chat-ul facţiunii (minim 4 caractere) - valoare amenda: $5.000.000
• 3. Deranjare şedinţa/Vorbit neîntrebat - valoare amenda: $8.000.000
• 4. Întârziere la şedinţa - valoare amenda: $4.000.000
• 5. AFK în timpul şedinţei fără acordul liderului - valoare amenda: $4.000.000
• 6. Folosire [/d] aiurea - valoare amenda: $6.000.000
• 7. Limbaj vulgar pe [/r] - valoare amenda: $7.000.000
• 8. Nerespectarea reguliilor de la sedinta - valoare amenda: $4.000.000
• 9. Furt de masina a unui coleg din departament - valoare amenda: $5.000.000
• 10. Tentativa vanzari bunuri personale pe chat-ul [/r] - valoare amenda: $10.000.000
• 11. Deranjarea sedintei altei factiunii fara permisiunea liderului din factiunea respectiva - valoare amenda: $4.000.000
• 12. Modificare masina din garajul departamentului (NOS, JANTE, CULOARE) - valoare amenda: $8.000.000
• 13. Parcat vehicul personal in fata/in garajul HQ-ului - valoare amenda: $5.000.000
• 14. Abandonarea masinii factiunii, fara a o distruge/bubui dupa folosinta sa - valore amenda: $6.000.000

• (!) O amendă trebuie achitată şi postată pe forum în curs de 24 de ore din momentul primirii acesteia pe server sau forum, pentru a evita sancţionarea cu faction warn. (!)

• Jigniri uşoare aduse unui player sau unui coleg

• Alte motive de restrictii decat cele de free

• (!) Un Avertisment verbal se șterge doar atunci când membrul acumuleaza 2/2 avertismente verbale și ajunge la FW. (!)

• Ameninţări la adresa conducerii/colegilor
• Acordarea unui wanted cu somatii mai vechi de 5 minute
• Ceartă pe chat-ul facţiunii cu liderul/co-liderii/colegii

• Nerespectarea regulii prinvid locatia jobului "Traffiker" (prima abatere)
• Nerespectarea rank-ului necesare pentru a merge dupa "Cei care fac trafic de organe"
• Nerespectarea regulei prinvid prezenta la razii (ex: daca departamentul tau nu participa, automat nu ai dreptul sa participi)
• Acordarea free unui jucator in timpul raziilor
• AFK in masina factiunii mai mult de 5 secunde

• (!) Un faction warn este sters automat la 7 zile de la primirea acestuia. (!)

   
   
  Încălcări ale regulamentului sancţionate cu demitere
• Acumularea a 3 faction warns 
• Neefectuarea a două rapoarte consecutive 
• Spam pe chat-ul facţiunii (11+ rânduri)*
• Jigniri/insulte grave/ameninţări aduse liderului/co-liderului/colegilor*
• Comportament neadecvat faţă de lider/co-lider*
• Deathmatch grav pe jucători/colegi*
• Folosirea comenzilor facţiunii în scop abuziv*
• Inactivitate mai mare de 72h (3 zile)
• Nerespectarea regulii prinvid locatia jobului "Traffiker" (a doua abatere)

• (!) Demiterile notate cu "*" vor fi întotdeauna cu faction punish. Cele nemarcate se vor da în funcţie de numărul de zile avut în facţiune de membrul în cauza (14 zile minim pentru a nu primi faction punish). (!)

Las Venturas Police Department is a department with the positioning of the HQ in the city of Las Venturas. It deals with the suspects who wanted and with those who violate the traffic rules.

Las Ventruas Police Department is at the base of the motto "Serve with pride, protect with honor"

• General internal rules

1. You are required to comply with the Server Rules, the Police Rules as well as the other rules imposed by the respective leader and co-leader.

2. You can report a faction colleague / from a departmental faction on the panel if you find that colleague is violating the rules (use vulgar language on faction chat / common chat, spam, use caps lock, do deathmatch, fraud the report or other deviations related to the activity of the faction and are found in this rules).

3. In the absence of the leader you are obliged to listen to the co-leader of the faction. If neither co-leader is online, you are required to listen to the highest ranked members.

4. You are always obliged to listen to those with higher rank. Those who violate this rule will be sanctioned on a case by case basis, even reaching uninvite.

5. For any questions / problems or proposals you are required to announce the leader or co-leader of the faction.

6. It is strictly forbidden to ask for rank, the deviation from this rule can even lead to demotion or faction warn as the case may be.

7. It is strictly forbidden to use the commands for personal or entertainment purposes. The deviation from this rule is punished as such according to gravity. The sanctions are very harsh and you can get uninvited with 40 FPunish.

8. Depending on the seriousness of the act, the leader or co-leader reserves the right to sanction a member with rank down, verbal warning, warning(s) (FW), dismissal (with or without FP - in serious cases full FP will apply even if the member has at least 2 weeks in fact) for violating the written and unwritten rules.

9. A proof is valid 24H (one day). A claim is not valid if the proof is older than 24H (one day).

10. Inactive persons of 3 days (72H) who have not applied for inactivity or have not announced the leader will be uninvited with / without FPunish if / they do not have the necessary days.

11. It is forbidden to allow another person besides you to log in to your account. Also, you are not allowed to let someone else to do the activity report for you. The punishment for these acts is dismissal.

12. A member is allowed to be Duty-ON only when it is in the interests of the faction (activity report, events organized by the leader / administrators), in other situations they are not allowed to stay Duty-ON (business, jobs, rides, etc.), non-compliance with this rule leading to sanction with faction warn.

13.A member who does DM when he is duty off, will not be sanctioned by the faction, but by the admin in a complaint in the grounds of Deathmatch.

14. A member who does Dm when he is duty on, will be sanctioned with Faction Warn to the faction, but cannot be sanctioned by the admin in a Deathmatch complaint. The only case in which a duty on member can be sanctioned for DM buy an admin is when the admin on the player.

 

 

• Rules regarding behavior and language

1. Respect colleagues from departments and the rest of the players on the server.

2. Don't argue with [/d] or [/r]. This will have serious repercussions.

3. This department is one that is very serious, we do not tolerate members with bad jokes, inappropriate behavior or indecent language.

4. You are not allowed to favor / discriminate between players, whether they are friends or an enemys.

5. You are not allowed to abuse commands or make Deathmatch elsewhere. The deviation from this rule leads to dismissal with 40 FPunish.

6. Serious sanctions will be granted for negative generalizations to another department. Departments must be united. Those who seek quarrel do not deserve to stay in them.

7. Free-chat / spam on chat [/d] is strictly forbidden. The deviation from this rule leads leads from being fined to even being uninvited depending on the severity.

8. The chat [/d] is used to ask for information/help, to report incidents/events or to announce when you have a suspect in custody.

9. A duty on / off member can receive sanction for factional language, as well as from the admin for the same proof.

 

• Rules regarding meetings and trainings

1. Who is late for the meeting/training will come to the HQ, without making noise on chat or [/r].

2. During sessions or trainings you are forced to turn off the phones and listen to the leader or co-leader until he allows you to speak.

3. If you are late for training/meeting, you can come within the first 5 minutes, being fined and if you delay more than 5 minuts, you will be considered absent and you will be penalized with faction warn.

4. Whoever does speak at the meeting or training will be sanctioned with a Fine. 

5. The meetings will only in 3 weeks. The time and date of the meeting will be announced in a [/gmotd]  on the server and on the forum by the leader or co-leader of the faction.

6. You are allowed to make only one call from training and one call from the meeting once at three months regardless of rank and days. Whoever violates this rule receives the appropriate sanction.

7. The members of rank 1-5 who are not present at the meeting will be sanctioned with faction warn, the members of rank 6 and the administrators belonging to the faction are not obliged to attend the meeting.

(!) NOTE: Those who have inactivity requests are not exempt from doing the activity report. If the session falls during their inactivity, they are exempt from the session. (!)

 

 

• Rules regarding events

1. A police officer may attend any type of event as long as he is Duty-OFF. Any cop participating at the event with Duty-ON will be punished with faction warn.

2. The members of the departments can participate in "Clan Wars" as long as they have Duty-OFF.

 

 

• Rules regarding jobs

1. Police officers can only hold legal jobs. All police officers who hold illegal jobs will be punished with faction warn. This rule applies to all members, regardless of rank.

2. It is forbidden for a police officer to possess materials / drugs or other illegal objects.

 

 

• Rules regarding complaints

1. When answering a complaint on the RPG panel, you must have professional answers. If you get cought spamming, offending, insulting the player who reported you, you will be severely penalized.

2. Once a complaint is made to a player on the faction, the leader must respond to it within maximum 24 hours and the defendant can bring (other) proofs within maximum 24 hours. If you do not present the proof you will be penalized.

 

 

• Rules regarding promotions
• 1. You can receive rank-up only if the leader feels that you are prepared for this and that you have appropriate behavior.
  2. Added automatic reports.
  3. The report is now automatically verified by the server every 7 days after entering the faction.
  4. If a player has an incomplete report, all progress left unfinished will be automatically added for the following week.
  5. You will be automatically uninvited from AdmBot if you have 2 incomplete reports in a row.
  6. A faction warn now automatically expires after 7 days since it was given, without affecting the promotion period.
  7. The rankup is now automatically received if the report established for the faction is complete on the day of verification.
  8. The current reports have been modified / increased.

 

• Rules regarding the activity report

1. Any member having rank 1-5 must make the activity report.

2. In addition to seniority, you also need a certain number of points in the activity report to advance in rank.

3. Administrators are not required to do the activity report, they have the half report because they have a much more important activity.

4. Helpers need to do the entire activity report.

5. The non-presentation of the activity report is sanctioned by doubling it, regardless of the rank. When you accumulate 2/2 incomplete reports you will be penalized with uninvite.

 

• Rules regarding on the new added fine [For license plates]

1. If a player is caught driving a vehicle with no license plates or red license plates older than one day (from two days inclusive), the player will be summoned by the policeman. In any of the cases I will present, a minimum order must be granted to be considered a "prosecution" and to be able to act with wanted / fine. If a player refuses to open the car, if he drives another player's car and is locked and will not open it for verification, the policeman is free to give him wanted 3 for "non-compliance order" after the three summons granted. If the player respawns his car (towcar) or expoldes it, the player will be sanctioned with wanted for non-compliance order, without the need for the three summations, but instead a minimum summon is required.

2. A player will be fined for missing license plates or for red license plates that are two days or older. The policeman will charge the player, and if the latter complies, he will have to enter in the player's vehicle, take pictures or film, depending on the preferences, and in the clear understanding that the player does not have the registration numbers in rule. If the player does not pay the fine, he will receive wanted 2 for "Non-payment fine", and then a further three minimum summons will be granted for the player to surrender, and if he runs away with the vehicle, he will get wanted 6 for "Runner". after the three summons granted.

3. A policeman is obliged not to violate the imposed traffic rules, so, he is allowed to hold the NOS on the car, but if he is caught using it he can be sanctioned by another member of the department, and if he does not cooperate he will be sanctioned by the leader. This also applies to situations such as non-wearing helmet (except when using HPV), headlights turned off, or speeding (except when using department cars).

 

Penalties for non-compliance with the rules

• Depending on the seriousness of the act, the leader or co-leader reserves the right to punish a member with a fine, verbal reprimand, verbal warning (AV), faction warn (FW), rank degradation or dismissal (with or without FactionPunish - in cases serious FP will apply even if the member has at least 2 weeks in the faction) for violating the written and unwritten rules.
• The leader can increase the penalty for a mistake depending on the member's background: if a member received a fine for spamming on the faction's chat, if he repeats the mistake he can be sanctioned with verbal warning and later with faction warn.

Violations of the rules sanctioned with fine

• 1. Spam on faction chat (4-7 rows): $8,000,000
• 2. Caps lock on faction chat (minimum 4 characters): $5,000,000
• 3. Disturbance of meeting/speaking not asked: $8,000,000
• 4. Delay at the meeting: $4,000,000
• 5. AFK during the meeting without the leader's permission: $4,000,000
• 6. Usage [/d] elsewhere: $6,000,000
• 7. Offensive language on [/r]: $7,000,000
• 8. Non-compliance with the rules of the meeting: $4,000,000
• 9. Car theft of a colleague in the department - fine value: $5,000,000
• 10. Attempt to sell personal goods on chat [/r] - fine value: $10,000,000
• 11. Disturbing the meeting of another faction without the permission of the leader of the faction - fine value: $4,000,000
• 12. Modifying the car in the department garage (NOS, WHEELS, COLOR) - fine value: $8,000,000
• 13. Personally vehicle parked in front of / in HQ garage - fine value: $5,000,000
• 14. Abandon the faction car without destroying it/banging after its use - $6,000,000

Violations of the regulation sanctioned with verbal warning

• Using offensive language to a player or colleague
• A summon granted to a player without the right of surrender
• Other reasons for restrictions than free ones

Violations of the rules sanctioned with faction warn

• Accumulation of 2 verbal warnings
• Spamming on faction chat (7-10 rows)
• Disturbing the meeting/speaking not asked
• Non-payment of fines within 24 hours of receiving
• Inconvenience to a player or colleague such as (spam/sms, traffic jams, suffering, etc.)
• Not present at the meeting
• Skin non-compliance
• Deathmatch on players/colleagues
• Using an offensive language, insulting a player/colleague
• Threats to management/colleagues
• Granting a wanted with summons older than 5 minutes
• Dispute on the faction's chat with the leader/co-leader/colleagues
• Failure to obey orders imposed by superiors
• Business on faction chat
• Drug/material possession
• Rank-up request
• Minimum two summons granted to a player without the right of surrender
• Arrest of a player without the right of surrender

• Granting free to a player who has restriction
• Non-compliance with the rule regarding the location of the "Traffiker" job (first violation)
• Non-compilance with the rank required to go after "Organ traffickers"
• Non-compilance with the rule regarding attendance at raids (eg: if your department does not participate, you automatically do not have the right to participate)
• Granting free to a player during raids
• AFK in faction's car more than 5 seconds

• Failure to do two consecutive reports
