Rank-up, Raport si Resetare:

 

Sistemul de rank-up este urmatorul:

 

 - Raportul si resetarea acestuia se face pentru fiecare membru la 7 zile de la ultima resetare / de cand a intrat in factiune (la finalul zilei, ora 00:00).

 - Cei care primesc Faction Warn nu ii v-a afecta la promovarea in rank. Acesta se sterge tot automat la 7 zile.

- In cazul in care un jucator are raport incomplet, tot progresul ramas nefinalizat va fi automat adaugat pentru saptamana urmatoare.

- Veti primi uninvite automat de la AdmBot in cazul in care aveti 2 rapoarte incomplete la rand.

- Rank-up se primeste acum in mod automat daca raportul stabilit pentru factiune este complet in ziua verificarii.
 

Regulile pentru Duty ON si Duty OFF:

 

- Un membru care face DM când este duty off, nu o să fie sancționat la facțiune, ci de admin într-o reclamație pe motiv Deathmatch.

- Un membru care face DM când este duty on, o să fie sancționat cu FW la facțiune, dar nu poate fi sancționat de admin într-o reclamație pe motiv Deathmatch. Singurul caz în care un membru duty on poate fi sancționat pentru DM de un admin este atunci când adminul este spec pe jucător.

- Un membru duty on / off poate primi sancțiune pentru limbaj la facțiune, cât și de la admin pentru aceeași dovadă.

> Incalcari ale regulamentului sanctionate cu amenda:
 
- Spam pe chat-ul factiunii (4-7 randuri): 8.000.000$
- Spam cu oferirea serviciilor (minim 3 randuri): 8.000.000$
- Caps lock ON pe chat-ul factiunii (4+ caractere): 10.000.000$
- Caps lock ON pe [/tx] (4+ caractere): 16.000.000$
- Abandonarea masinilor aiurea: 4.000.000$
- Daca gresiti fare-ul: 8.000.000$
- Mesaj aiurea / Emoticon pe [/tx]: 8.000.000$
- Deranjare sedinta / Vorbit neintrebat la sedinta: 6.000.000$
-Acuzare directa a unui membru de bind: 6.000.000$
- Intarziere la sedinta: 8.000.000$
-Refuzarea cooperarii cu un responsabil: 6.000.000$
-Parcarea masinilor in fata hq-ului: 8.000.000$
-Afaceri pe [/f] respectiv [/tx]: 16.000.000$
- AFK in timpul sedintei fara acordul liderului: 8.000.000$
- Returnare bani dupa cursa: 4.000.000$
- AFK in taxi fara client (mai mult de 5 secunde): 4.000.000$
-Alte animatii in timpul sedintei decat cele premise: 6.000.000$
- Vorbit la telefon/repararea vehiculului in timp ce detii un client: 4.000.000$ (fara acordul clientului). În cazul în care clientul este AFK/nu răspunde, taximetristul este liber de a raspunde/repara mașina fără acordul clientului.
-Acordarea de [/cancel taxi] aiurea: 6.000.000$
- Acceptarea unei comenzi in mai putin de 3 secunde: 8.000.000$
- Dacă furaţi comanda unui coleg: 10.000.000$
-Daca primiti crash in timpul unei comenzi: 10.000.000$
-Confiscarea permisului fara client:4.000.000$
-Parasirea vehiculului factiunii cu client: 10.000.000$

-Neanuntarea unei comenzi acceptate / respinse: 5.000.000$
(!) O amenda trebuie achitata si postata pe forum in curs de 24 de ore din momentul primirii ei pe server sau forum, pentru a evita sanctionarea cu faction warn.
 
Incalcari ale regulamentului sanctionate cu avertisment verbal:
 
- Jigniri usoare aduse unui player sau unui coleg.
- Prealuarea aceluiasi client (mai mult de 2 comenzi într-un interval de 15 minute). Această regulă se aplică doar dacă suma trece de 5000$ în timpul zilei (09:00 - 20:00) şi 7000$ în timpul nopţii (20:00 - 09:00).
- Cererea de bacsis din partea clientului.
- Ocolirea clientului in mod evident.
- Cearta intre colegi.
- Modificarea masinilor, abandonarea lor sau folosirea lor in scop personal.
- [/q] in timpul unei comenzi.
- AFK in taxi cu client (mai mult de 5 secunde).
(!) Avertismentul verbal nu va expira decat prin acumularea a 2 AV-uri (ce echivaleaza cu primirea unui Faction Warn) sau prin parasirea factiunii.
 
Incalcari ale regulamentului pedepsite cu faction warn:
 
- Acumularea a 2 avertismente verbale.
- Neplaceri aduse unui jucator sau coleg.
- Spam pe chat-ul factiunii (7-10 randuri).
- Limbaj vulgar pe [/tx].
- Spam cu [/fare].
-Neconformare ordin politist.
- Spam in timpul sedintei.
- Neplata amenzilor in termen de 24 de ore de la momentul primirii ei.
- Absenta de la sedinta fara invoire (membrii de rank 1-5).
- Nerespectarea skin-ului aferent rank-ului detinut.
- Deathmatch pe playeri/colegi fara motiv.
- Acordarea comenzii [/eject] aiurea in timpul programului.
- Folosirea unui limbaj vulgar, insultarea unui player/coleg.
- Cearta pe chat-ul factiunii cu liderul/co-liderul/colegii (depinde de gravitatea acesteia).
- Detinerea unui job ilegal sau materiale/droguri pana la rank 4. Membrii cu rank 5 sunt scutiti de aceasta regula.
- Nerespectarea fare-ului impus pe perioada calatoriei.
- Rugaminti adresate unui jucator de a se urca in taxi.
- Necunoasterea unei locatii importante.
- Confiscarea permisului in timpul unei curse.
- Plimbarea unui jucator pe masina.
- Acumularea a 5 amenzi in 7 zile.

Incalcari ale regulamentului pedepsite cu demitere:
 
- Acumularea a 3 faction warns.
- Inactivitate mai mare de 72h (3 zile).
- Banarea contului pe o durata de cel putin 5 zile sau mai mult.
- Neefectuarea a doua rapoarte consecutive (rank 1-5).
- Spam pe chat-ul factiunii (11+ randuri). *
- Jigniri / insulte grave aduse liderului/co-liderului/colegilor. *
- Comportament neadecvat fata de lider/co-lider/colegi. *
- Deathmatch grav pe jucatori/colegi. *
- Fraudarea raportului. *
(!) Demiterile cu * vor fi intotdeauna cu faction punish. Cele nemarcate se vor da in functie de numarul de zile avut in factiune de membrul in cauza (14 zile minim pentru a nu primi faction punish).
 
 
  - Datorita faptului ca sunteti taximetristi, trebuie sa cunoasteti toate locatiile.
  - In caz ca nu stiti o locatie, puteti sa folositi si comanda [/where] / [/gps] in joc.
  - Toate locatiile din [/gps] / [/where] sunt importante.

  Ranking, Reporting and Resetting:

 

                                                                                The rank-up system is as follows:

 

 - The report and its reset is made for each member 7 days after the last reset / since entering the faction (at the end of the day, at 00:00).

Rules for Duty ON and Duty OFF:

- A member who does DM when he is duty on, will be sanctioned with FW to the faction, but cannot be sanctioned by the admin in a Deathmatch complaint. The only case in which a duty on member can be sanctioned for DM by an admin is when the admin is spec on the player.

- A duty on / off member can receive a sanction for factional language, as well as from the admin for the same proof.

(!) A fine must be paid and posted on the forum within 24 hours of receiving it on the server or forum to avoid punishment with the faction warn.

Violations of the sanctioned regulation with verbal warning:

- Light offenses brought to a player or a colleague.
- Taking over the same customer (more than 2 orders within 15 minutes). This rule only applies if the amount exceeds $ 5000 during the day (09:00 - 20:00) and $ 7000 during the night (20:00 - 09:00).
- The request for a tip from the client.
- Obviously the client.
- Struggle between colleagues.
- Modifying the cars, abandoning them or using them for personal purposes.

- Accumulation of 2 verbal warnings.

- Spam on the chat of the faction (7-10 rows).

- Non-compliance with police order.
- Spam during the meeting.
- Non-payment of fines within 24 hours from the moment of receiving it.
- Absence from the meeting without invocation (members of rank 1-5).
- Failure to respect the skin related to the rank held.
- Deathmatch on players / colleagues for no reason.
- Granting the order [/eject] was crazy during the program.
- Use of vulgar language, insulting a player / colleague.
- The chat on the faction's chat with the leader / co-leader / colleagues (depends on its severity).
- Holding an illegal job or materials / drugs up to rank 4. Members with rank 5 are exempted from this rule.
- Failure to comply with the fare imposed during the trip.
- Requests for a player to get in a taxi.
- Not knowing an important location.
- Confiscation of the permit during a race.
- Riding a player on the car.
- Accumulation of 5 fines in 7 days.
(!) Those who receive fw will not affect you in rank. It is automatically deleted after 7 days.

Violations of the regulation punished with dismissal:

- Accumulation of 3 factions warns.
- Inactivity greater than 72 hours (3 days).
- Ban the account for at least 5 days or more.
- Failure to make two consecutive reports (rank 1-5).
- Spam on the chat of the faction (11+ rows). *
- Serious insults / insults to the leader / co-leader / colleagues. *
