Cu ce se ocupă School Instructors?:

 

• School Instructors este o facțiune pașnică care se ocupă cu oferirea licențelor de gun(arma), fly (aviație) și boat(navigație). Licențele se oferă jucătorilor care au level 3 + și care reușesc să parcurgă în totalitate testul impus:

 

 

Modelul de oferire al licențelor: 

Licența de gun:

Salut, sunt membrul facțiunii School Instructors SF și te voi ajuta să obții licență de 'Gun'.

Pentru început tastează comanda [/sl 'x'] pentru a-ți verifica licențele.
Acum trebuie să-mi plăteșți 2,000,000$, iar restul de 2,000,000$ la final.

Înainte de testul teoretic, o să-ți spun câteva informații:
1. Poți face DM doar pe polițișți(on-duty) sau la 'clan turf'.
2. Odată ce ai această licență, poți achiziționă arme din 'Gun Shop'.

Bun, să trecem la testul teoretic:
1. Ai voie să faci DM pe un polițist off-duty?
2. Te rog să-mi zici un tip de arma din 'Gun Shop'.
3. Poți face DM pe 'clan turf'?     

Vei primi un 'SD-Pistol', te rog să tragi toate gloanțele jos.
Te rog să-mi plăteșți restul de bani, mai ai de plătit 2,000,000$.
Felicitări, ai obținut licență 'Gun', aceasta este valabila 100 de payday-uri.

Licența de Fly:

Salut, sunt membrul facțiunii School Instructors SF și te voi ajuta să obții licență de 'Fly'.
Pentru început tastează comanda [/sl 'x'] pentru a-ți verifica licențele.
Acum trebuie să-mi plăteșți 2,000,000$.

Acum te rog să apeși tasta 'F' pentru a urca în elicopter/avion.
Trebuie să mergi în fata câțiva metri, pentru a vira stangă sau [...]
[...] dreapta, folosește tasta 'A', respectiv 'D'.
Felicitări, ai obtiunut licență 'Fly', aceasta este valabilă 100 de payday-uri.
 

Licența de Boat:

Salut, sunt membrul facțiunii School Instructors SF și te voi ajuta să obții licență de 'Boat'.
Pentru început tastează comanda [/sl 'x'] pentru a-ți verifica licențele.
Acum trebuie să-mi plăteșți 1,000,000$.

Acum te rog să apeși tasta 'F' pentru a urca în barca.
Trebuie să mergi în fata câțiva metri, pentru a vira stangă sau [...]
[...] dreapta, folosește tasta 'A', respectiv 'D'.
Felicitări, ai obtiunut licență 'Boat', aceasta este valabilă 100 de payday-uri.

Model pentru /ad:

• Ofer licențe autorizate: Gun(4,000,000$), Fly(2,000,000$), Boat(1,000,000$), minim nivel 3!

1. Reguli generale:

• Un membru School Instructors nu are voie să acorde licențe în zone publice. (acest lucru se poate sancționa cu Faction Warn).
   
• Un membru care nu se loghează în 3 zile (72 de ore) primește uninvite de la leader. Membrii ce au sub 7 zile nu pot depune o cerere de inactivitate. Neprezentarea la ședință se va sancționă cu Faction Warn, puteți depune doar o cerere de învoire odată la 2 luni.
• Membrii de rank 1 - 4 au voie să aibă doar joburile legale, cine are un job ilegal(drugs dealer / arms dealer / car jacker) sau are asupra lui droguri / materiale este sancționat cu Faction Warn (FW).
• Membrii cu rank 5 - 7 pot deține orice job și pot deține asupra lor droguri și materiale, fară a fi sancționați. Vehiculul facțiunii se poate tuna doar cu NOS, de asemenea este interzis să folosiți mașinile facțiunii în scopuri personale (rob, job..etc), cine încalcă această regulă primește Faction Warn.
• Odată intrat în facțiune, membrul are la dispoziție 24h să își schimbe skin-ul conform rank-ului.
• Membrii facțiunii trebuie să respecte regulamentul general al serverului. Încălcarea unei reguli din regulamentul serverului poate fi sancționată cu FW / uninvite. Pentru abateri că ''limbaj vulgar / deathmatch'' membrul poate fi sancționat de admini dar și de către lider în urma unei reclamații.
• Limbajul vulgar / insultele se sancționează cu avertisment verbal (AV), faction warn (FW), în funcție de gravitatea insultelor. Pentru limbaj vulgar/ insulte la adresa altor jucători, membrii riscă FW sau uninvite pentru limbajul vulgar la adresa Co-leaderului / Leader-ului. Pentru comportament agresiv, cum ar fi ''marș mă ; prostule ; idiotule'' sau jignirile ușoare ('n00b-ul drq', 'marș', 'ești prost / deștept / fraier') membrii riscă avertisment verbal.
• Deathmatch-ul (DM) aiurea este sancționat cu FW sau uninvite, în funcție de gravitate și de abateri. Este permis deathmatch-ul doar la ''clan war'' sau pe polițiști.
• Un membru care face DM când este duty off, nu va fi sancționat la facțiune, ci de către un admin într-o reclamație pe motiv Deathmatch.
• Un membru care face DM când este duty on, va fi sancționat cu FW la facțiune, dar nu poate fi sancționat de admin într-o reclamație pe motiv Deathmatch. Singurul caz în care un membru duty on poate fi sancționat pentru DM de un admin este atunci când adminul este [/șpec] pe jucător.
• Injuriile și jignirile grave se sancționează cu FW. Injuriile grave repetate sunt sancționate direct cu uninvite. Limbajul vulgar asupra liderului și a membrilor se sancționează aspru, în funcție de decizia luată de lider (Faction Warn la prima abatere / Uninvite dacă limbajul este repetat de minim 3 ori).
• Un membru duty on / off poate primi sancțiune pentru limbaj la facțiune, cât și de la adminul pentru aceeași dovada.

 

2. Skinuri:

• Membrii trebuie să poarte skinurile în funcție de rank (1,2,3 etc), această abatere duce la Faction Warn.
• Odată ce sunteți avertizați să vă schimbați skinul, aveți timp 30 de minute să faceți asta, altfel sunteți sancționați conform regulamentului.  
• Un membru nu are voie să poarte skinul leaderului, aceasta se poartă doar de către leader și co-leader.
• Doar fetele au voie să poarte skinul de fată, dacă purtați acel skin din start nu o să mai fiți avertizați, o să primiți direct Faction Warn.

3. Reclamațiile facțiunii:

• Liderul poate respinge reclamațiile care nu au dovezi, sau dovezile sunt mai vechi de 24 de ore.
• Reclamațiile ce conțin jigniri vor fi sancționate cu suspend / warn de către admini și respinse de către leader, chiar dacă membrul reclamat înjură în poza celui care face reclamație, acesta o poate reface fără să înjure / să jignească. Dovezile pentru deatmatch ce conțin ''damage informer'' (doar din /hud) sunt acceptate.
• Orice greșeală a co-liderului ce ține de funcție lider (oferirea unui răspuns greșit la o reclamație, acordarea unei sancțiuni aiurea unui membru etc.) va avea urmări pentru lider și co-lider.
• Playerii care fac reclamație nu au dreptul de a face o altă postare pentru aceeași reclamație.
• Reclamațiile făcute aiurea sunt sancționate cu suspend / warn pe panel. Leaderul are timp 48 de ore să răspundă la reclamații, membrii au timp 24 de ore să aducă dovezi la reclamații.
• Pentru abateri ca limbaj vulgar / deathmatch abuz de funcție membrul are dreptul de a face o reclamație colegului de facțiune, nu se acceptă PM acordat liderului.

4. Comenzile facțiunii:

• /givegun - oferă un SdPistol cu 10 gloanțe.
• /givelicence [id/nickname] fly/boat/gun - oferă licență.
• /startlesson - oferă clientului posibilitatea de a folosi avionul/ barca în timpul testului.
• /f - chat-ul facțiunii.
• /gdeposit money - pentru a depozita bani în seiful facțiunii.
• /în - chat-ul tuturor facțiunilor de tip School Instructors(Folosit doar atunci când un player dorește licență).
• /lcalls - pentru a prelua un client

5. Reguli legate de licențe:

 

  

• Licențele se pot acorda doar playerilor care au level 3+ și a căror licență este expirată sau cu o durabilitate mai mică de 50 de ore.
   
• Instructorii nu au permisiunea dea susține teste pentru licențe în zone aglomerate(Spawn civil ,Police Departament HQ, Banca Los Santos / Las Venturas, CNN ...etc), acest lucru se sancționează cu 'Test Warn'.
• Testele pentru licențe sunt obligatorii, cei ce omit informații / întrebări sunt sancționați (Faction Warn). Licențele pentru un coleg se acordă fără bani / test, deoarece nu sunt contorizate la raport.
• Cei care susțin mai multe teste în acelaș timp sunt sancționați cu Faction Warn (FW).
• În cazul în care instructorul primește crash / moare are la dispoziție 24h pentru a returna banii clientului sau pentru a continuă testul cu acesta.
• Instructorii nu au dreptul de a modifica prețul licențelor. Licență poate fi achitată de către un alt player, însă niciodată de către instructor. Membrii nu au dreptul de a oferi bani / servicii playerului ce urmează să cumpere licentela (ex: Iți dau 500,000$ dacă cumperi licență), acest lucru se sancționează cu Faction Warn (FW).
• Clientul și instructorul trebuie să fie față în față în timpul desfășurării unui test și testul să fie susținut doar pe chat-ul public (nu aveți voie să susțineți testele pe [/c] [/wt] [/sms] etc, riscați Faction Warn). Dovezile ce conțin testul pot fi realizate și după acordarea testului, dovezile trebuie făcute cu [/pagesize 20] și [/timestamp ON], dacă este vorba de dovezi video nu este necesar [/pagesize 20]. Membrii au obligația de a ține dovezile timp de 24 ore.
• În timpul unui test, instructorul, nu are dreptul de a răspunde la telefon chiar dacă este căutat de alt client, acest lucru se sancționează cu o amendă în valore de 8,000,000$.
• Este interzis să acordați licențe dacă aveți wanted cu sau fară predare, acest lucru se sancționează cu o amenda în valoare de 8,000,000$. Dacă primiti wanted în timpul testului puteți continua, dar să aveți dovada când ați primit wanted în timpul testului.
• Odată ce preiei un client prin comanda [/lcalls] ai la dispoziție 5 minute să ajungi la el; dacă timpul expiră clientul devine 'free' pentru orice instructor(recomand să faceți o poză când preluați un client din [/lcalls]).
• Atunci când jucătorul răspunde greșit la una din întrebările pentru licență 'Gun' acesta trebuie să fie corectat de către instructor, altfel acesta(instructorul) rișcă să primească test warn (TW).
• În timpul testului pentru licență fly/boat instructorul este obligat să facă poză/poze atunci când acesta se află cu clientul în avion/barca în timp ce clientul le utilizează, lipsa dovezilor duce la sancționarea membrului cu Faction Warn (FW)
• În cazul în care un membru anulează o comandă din [/lcalls] trebuie să spună pe [/in] că a anulat comanda și că jucătorul respectiv dorește licență, în caz contrar acesta primește o amendă în valoare de 15,000,000$

6. Amenzile:

• Spam pe [/f], [in] (minim patru rânduri scrise consecutiv sau la diferență de 3-5 secunde) = 8.000.000$.
• Folosirea chat-ului [/in] aiurea = 8.000.000$ + Faction Warn dacă se folosește abuziv.
• Caps-lock pe [/f] [/in] = 8.000.000$ (se acceptă scrierea cu caps-lock a unor nume proprii sau a unor cuvinte cu mai puțin de 4 litere).
• Afaceri pe [/f] = 5.000.000$ (fraze precum ''cât costă un Infernus?'' / ''Cu cât să dau un Bullet cu 5000 de kilometri?'' ''Cine îmi poate dă 5kk?'' nu sunt sancționate).
• Întârziere la ședință (se consideră întârziere dacă membrul ajunge după 5 minute de la începerea ședinței) = 3.000.000$.
• Vorbitul aiurea în cadrul ședinței = 10.000.000$
• Participarea la ședință cu wanted = 10.000.000$.
• Greșeală ID la folosirea comenzii [/givegun] = 8.000.000$ (se include și situația în care oferiți ''/givegun'' de mai multe ori unui client).
• Nerespectarea modelului de anunț [/ad] impus = 5.000.000$.
• Acordarea testelor în zone aglomerate = 8.000.000$.
• Folosirea unui skin necorespunzător = Faction Warn + amendă 8.000.000$ (dacă trec 24 de ore de când membrul a fost avertizat / a primit reclamație).
• Reclamație pe motiv: acordare test pentru licență cu wanted | vorbit la telefon în timpul unui test pentru o licență |  acordarea mai multor teste în același timp = 8.000.000$.
• Modificarea mașinilor facțiunii cu altceva înafară de nitro (noss) = 9.000.000$.
• Greșeală ID la folosirea comenzii [/startlesson] = 8.000.000$ (se include și situația în care oferiți ''/startlesson'' de mai multe ori unui client)
• Anulează comanda și nu spune că respectivul client este 'free' = 15,000,000$

7. Sancțiuni:

• Raportul incomplet/nefăcut la rank 1+ se sancționează cu "1/2 incomplet raports".
   
• Neprezentarea la o ședință se sancționează cu "Faction Warn" indiferent de rank.
• Dacă un membru nu are dovezile pentru o licență acordată, se vă sancționă mereu cu "Faction Warn".
• Un membru are la dispoziție 24h să plătească o amendă, dacă acesta nu o plătește în timpul respectiv vă primi "Faction Warn".
• Un membru care acumulează 5 amenzi într-o săptămână(7 zile), vă primi "Faction Warn".
• Sfidarea sau amenințările aduse unui Leader/Co-leader duce la sancționarea membrului cu "Faction Warn" sau "Uninvite", în funcție de situație.
• Din dovezi nu reiese că ați oferit arma jucătorului la testul pentru licență ''gun'' (/givegun) -> 'Test Warn'.
• Din dovezi nu reiese că ați primit banii pentru licență (/pay) -> Faction Warn.
• Lipsa poză/poze când clientul este în barca/avion și le utilizează -> Faction Warn.
• Lipsa (/startlesson) la testul pentru licență boat / fly (în cazul dovezilor cu screenshots) -> 'Test Warn'.
• Pozele sunt făcute fară /pagesize 20 și / sau nu au /timestamp. În cazul în care aveți dovezi video nu e necesar /pagesize 20 -> Test Warn.
• Licență e acordată într-un loc aglomerat -> Test Warn.
• Instructorul nu corectează jucătorul când răspunde greșit la o întrebare din testul licențe de 'Gun' -> Test Warn.
• Membrul nu respectă în totalitate modelul de test impus (încurcă ordinea întrebărilor, modifică sensul acestora, omite întrebări și/sau informații, folosește comenzile din ''cmd'' ce sunt atribuite unui alt test) -> Test Warn.
• Oferă banii înapoi clientului, după susținerea testului (licență poate fi plătita de un alt player, însă niciodată de către instructor) -> 'Faction Warn'.
• Din dovezi nu se observă că playerul a folosit comanda [/sl] -> Test Warn.
• Un test warn (TW) dispare odată la 3 zile sau atunci când membrul acumulează 2/2 primind astfel faction warn (FW).

1. General rules:

• A School Instructors member is not allowed to license in public areas.
• A member who does not log in within 3 days (72 hours) receives invitations from the leader. Members under 7 days of age cannot submit a request for inactivity. The non-attendance at the meeting will be sanctioned with Faction Warn, you can only submit one request for summons per 2 months.
• Members of rank 1 - 4 are allowed to have only legal jobs, who has an illegal job (drugs dealer / arms dealer / car jacker) or has drugs / materials on it is sanctioned with Faction Warn (FW). Members with the rank 5 - 7 can hold any job and can hold drugs and materials on them, without being sanctioned.
• The vehicle of the faction can only tune with NOS, it is also forbidden to use the machines of the faction for personal purposes (rob, job..etc), who violates this rule receives Faction Warn.
• Once entered into the faction, the member has 24 hours to change his skin according to the rank.
• The members of the faction must comply with the general rules of the server. Violation of a rule in the server's rules can be sanctioned with FW / uninvite. For deviations as "vulgar language / deathmatch" the member can be sanctioned by admins but also by the leader following a complaint.
• The vulgar language / insults are sanctioned with verbal warning (AV), faction warn (FW), depending on the severity of the insults. For vulgar / insulting language to other players, members risk FW or uninvited for vulgar language to the Co-leader / Leader. For aggressive behavior, such as '' mars ma; fool; idiots '' or mild offenses ('n00b drq', 'mars', 'you're stupid / smart / sucker') members risk verbal warning.
• The deathmatch (DM) is sanctioned with FW or uninvite, depending on the severity and deviations. Deathmatch is allowed only to clan war or policemen.
• Serious injuries and offenses are sanctioned with FW. Repeated serious injuries are directly sanctioned by uninvited. The vulgar language on the leader and the members is punished harshly, depending on the decision taken by the leader (Faction Warn at the first offense / Uninvite if the language is repeated at least 3 times).
• A member who does DM when he is duty off, will not be sanctioned by the faction, but by the admin in a complaint on the grounds of Deathmatch.
• A member who does DM when duty on, will be sanctioned with FW to the faction, but cannot be sanctioned by the admin in a Deathmatch complaint. The only case in which a duty on member can be sanctioned for DM by an admin is when the admin is spec on the player.
• A duty on / off member can be sanctioned for factional language as well as from the admin for the same proof.

2. Skins:

• Members must wear skins according to rank (1,2,3 etc), this deviation leads to Faction Warn. Once you are warned to change your skin, you have 30 minutes to do so, otherwise you are sanctioned according to the regulation.
• A member is not allowed to wear the leader's skin, it is worn only by the leader and co-leader.
• Only girls are allowed to wear face skin, if you wear that skin from the beginning you will not be warned, you will receive directly Faction Warn.

3. Claims of the faction:

• The leader can reject claims that have no evidence, or the evidence is older than 24 hours. Claims containing offenses will be sanctioned with suspend / warn by the admins and rejected by the leader, even if the complained member insults in the picture of the complainant, he can rebuild it without insulting / offending. Evidence for deatmatch containing "damage informer" (only from / hud) is accepted.
• Any mistake of the co-leader who holds the position of leader (offering a wrong answer to a complaint, granting a nasty sanction to a member, etc.) will have consequences for the leader and co-leader.
• Players who make a claim do not have the right to make another posting for the same claim. Claims made foolish are sanctioned with suspend / warn on panel.
• The leader has 48 hours to respond to complaints, members have 24 hours to bring evidence to complaints.
• For deviations as vulgar language / deathmatch abuse of office the member has the right to make a complaint to the faction colleague, the PM granted to the leader is not accepted.

4. Orders of the faction:

• /givegun - offers an SdPistol with 10 bullets.
• /givelicence [id / nickname] fly / boat / gun - offers a license.
• /startlesson - offers the customer the opportunity to use the aircraft / boat during the test.
• /f - faction chat.
• /gdeposit money - to deposit money in the faction safe.
• /in - chat of all School Instructors type features (Used only when a player wants a license).
• /lcalls - to retrieve a client.

5. Rules related to licenses:

• The licenses can only be granted to players who have level 3+ and whose license is expired or with a durability of less than 50 hours.
• The instructors are not allowed to give tests for licenses in crowded areas (Civil Spawn, Police Department HQ, Banca Los Santos / Las Venturas, CNN ... etc), this is sanctioned with 'Test Warn'.
• License tests are mandatory, those who omit information / questions are penalized (Faction Warn). The licenses for a colleague are granted without money / test, because they are not counted on the report.
• Those who support multiple tests at the same time are punished with Faction Warn (FW).
• In case the instructor receives crash / dies he has 24 hours to return the client's money or to continue the test with him.
• Instructors have no right to change the price of licenses. The license can be paid by another player, but never by the instructor. Members do not have the right to offer money / services to the player to buy the license (eg I give you $ 500,000 if you buy the license), this is sanctioned with Faction Warn (FW).
• The client and the instructor must be face to face during a test and the test must be supported only in public chat (you are not allowed to support the tests on [/c] [/wt] [/sms] etc., risk Faction Warn ). Evidence containing the test can also be done after the test has been given, evidence must be made with [/pagesize 20] and [/timestamp ON], if video evidence is not required [/pagesize 20]. Members have the obligation to keep the evidence for 24 hours.
• During a test, the instructor does not have the right to answer the phone even if it is sought by another client, this is sanctioned with a fine of $ 8,000,000.
• It is forbidden to grant licenses if you wanted with or without surrender, this is sanctioned with a fine of $ 8,000,000. If you receive wanted during the test you can continue, but have the proof when you received wanted during the test.
• When you accept a license request from [/lcalls] you have 5 minutes to arrive to his location; if you run out of time the client becomes 'free' for any School Instructor member(i recommend to take a screenshot of the moment when you took his license request from [/lcalls]).
• When the player answers wrongly to one of the 'Gun' license questions he needs to be corrected by the School Instructors member, otherwise he(the instructor) risks to be punished with test warn (TW).
• During the test for the fly / boat license the instructor is obliged to take the picture / pictures when he is with the client in the plane / boat while the client uses them, the lack of evidence leads to sanctioning the member with Faction Warn (FW). 
• If a member cancels an order from [/lcalls] he must tell on [/in] that he has canceled the order and that the player wants the license, otherwise he receives a fine of $15,000,000.

6. Fines:

• Spam on [/f], [/in] (minimum four rows written consecutively or at 3-5 seconds difference) = $8,000,000.
• Use of the chat [/in] aiurea = $8,000,000 + Faction Warn if used abusively.
• Caps-lock on [/f] [/in] = $8,000,000 (cap-lock writing of own names or words with less than 4 letters is acceptable).
• Business on [/f] = $5,000,000 (phrases like '' how much does an Infernus cost? '' / '' How much do I get a 5000kg Bullet? '' '' Who can give me 5kk? '' No are sanctioned).
• Delay at the meeting (delay is considered if the member arrives after 5 minutes from the beginning of the meeting) = $3,000,000.
• The talk was crazy at the meeting = $10,000,000
• Attendance at wanted session = $10,000,000.
• Mistake ID when using the order [/givegun] = $8,000,000 (includes the situation where you offer '' / givegun '' several times to a customer).
• Failure to adhere to the required ad model = $5,000,000.
• Testing in crowded areas = $8,000,000.
• Use of unsuitable skin = Faction Warn + $8,000,000 fine (if 24 hours have elapsed since the member was notified / received a complaint).
• Claim on the ground: grant test for wanted license talked on the phone during a license test granting more tests at the same time = $8,000,000.
• Modifying faction cars with something other than nitro (noss) = $9,000,000.
• Wrong ID when using the command [/startlesson] = 8.000.000$ (inlcuding the situation when you use "/startlesson" several times with a client).
• Cancels the order and does not say that the customer is 'free' = $15,000,000

7. Sanctions:

• The incomplete / incomplete report at rank 1+ is sanctioned with "1/2 Incomplet raports".
• Not attending a meeting is sanctioned with "Faction Warn" regardless of rank.
• If a member does not have the evidence for a licensed license, he will always be punished with "Faction Warn".
• A member has 24 hours to pay a fine, if he does not pay during that time he will receive "Faction Warn".
• A member who accumulates 5 fines in a week (7 days) will receive "Faction Warn".
• Challenging or threatening a Leader / Co-leader leads to the sanction of the member with "Faction Warn" or "Uninvite", depending on the situation.
• There is no evidence that you provided the player's weapon with the 'gun' license (/ givegun) -> 'Test Warn'.
• There is no evidence that you received the money for the license (/ pay) -> Faction Warn.
• Lack of picture / pictures when the client is in the boat / plane and uses them -> Faction Warn
• Lack (/ startlesson) for the boat / fly license test (in case of screenshots) -> 'Test Warn'.
• The pictures are made without / pagesize 20 and / or without / timestamp. If you have video evidence it is not necessary / pagesize 20 -> Test Warn.
• The license is granted in a crowded place -> Test Warn.
• The instructor does not correct the player when he answers an incorrect question in the license test of 'Gun' -> Test Warn
• The member does not fully respect the test model required (it confuses the order of the questions, changes their meaning, omits questions and / or information, uses the commands from '' cmd '' which are assigned to another test) -> Test Warn.
• Provides the money back to the client, after taking the test (the license can be paid by another player, but never by the instructor) -> 'Faction Warn'.
• Evidence shows that the player used the [/ sl] -> Test Warn command.
• A warn (TW) test disappears every 3 days or when the member accumulates 2/2 thus receiving faction warn (FW).
